Color balancing all the individual shots that made up the final edit was made easy and fun by using a thumbnail comparison script inside of Adobe After Effects. I could match the exposure and color of all the shots simultaneously and in realtime. If you're interested, pick up the book "The DV Rebel's Guide", it's phenomenal!
